Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated baristas to join our team. As a barista at 1Ō5 Brewing, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our establishment. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a memorable experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and cold brews, following our recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, with precision and care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Educate customers about our coffee offerings, brewing methods, and the story behind our products.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product levels.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Uphold 1Ō5 Brewing’s values of community, craftsmanship, and hospitality in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing techniques and coffee origins.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Coffee Supervisor to lead our barista team. The Coffee Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure the highest quality of coffee service, and foster a positive and productive work environment. This role is crucial in maintaining our standards and enhancing the customer experience.
